Lull Telehandlers
Ever since 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their equipment have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete your requirements, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and made to be able to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more precise manner. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being made and designed all the time and would debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. Like for example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom will compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
