Inventor Jerome Case established the business of CASE in Racine, when he started the building of threshing machines. Later the company gained recognition internationally as the initial builder of steam engines for its agricultural application. Case merged with the corporation New Holland during the year 1999 and together they became CNH Global. This company became responsible for advertising some of the leading brands of construction and agricultural machines in the globe.
